MOM’s Group
Motherhood is easier in company.
Local mothers, new and experienced, meet for coffee, friendship and fellowship on Tuesday mornings. A babysitter is provided, and a light breakfast is served.
What we remind one another
- God gave us the grace to do what is right for our families, even in tough times.
- We must not forget to show our gratitude by helping those in need.
Sometimes, in the daily grind of mothering, it is difficult to see how the mundane tasks can bring glory to God. Through meetings, social gatherings and service projects, we hold one another accountable to putting faith at the center of all we do.
Meetings are a mix of sharing, prayer and discussion about parenting and women’s role in the Church, with spiritual yoga, painting and guest speakers.
